Pepsi CEO to visit ‘Champs’ as guest of KC

Chief Executive Officer of Pepsico Inc North America Albert P “Al” Carey will visit the Boys’ and Girls’ Athletic Championship (Champs) for the first time when the event is held this week.

Carey, 64, will be guest of Kingston College, which, along with Jamaica College and Calabar, are the schools expected to dominate the boys’ section. Edwin Allen High, Holmwood Technical High School and Hydel Group of Schools are the top girls’ teams.

Carey was convinced to visit the most prestigious event of its kind in the Western Hemisphere by KC Old Boy and President of the Kingston College Old Boys Association, Florida Chapter, Audley Hewett.
